These terms apply to your use of towora.my and to any order you place through the site. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who you are buying from. Towora is the seller of record for every order placed on this site. The business address is 1074 Claymoor Dr, Kalamazoo, MI 49009, United States.

2. Orders and acceptance. When you submit an order, you are making an offer to buy the items in that order. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. Before that confirmation is sent, we may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the listed price was clearly incorrect, or if the order shows signs of unauthorized or fraudulent payment activity. If we cancel after payment has been captured, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method. Refunds under this section follow the same processing timeline described in our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Pricing and payment. Prices are displayed in United States dollars. The total shown at checkout is the amount charged, apart from any currency conversion fee your bank may apply on its side. Payment is captured at the time the order is placed, not when the order ships.

4. Your account and acceptable use. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Do not use the site to submit false orders, to interfere with its normal operation, or to scrape content at a volume that degrades service for other customers.

5. Content and intellectual property. Product descriptions, site text, and the Towora name and logo are owned by Towora or used with permission. You may not reproduce site content for commercial purposes without written consent. User-submitted reviews remain yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them on the site.

6. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Towora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site or from a delayed delivery, except where the delay was caused by our own failure to act with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, the courts located in Kalamazoo County, Michigan will have jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer-protection law in your place of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

8. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.
