Towora accepts the following payment methods at checkout:

All prices and transactions are processed in United States dollars. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply a conversion rate and a foreign-transaction fee; those charges are set by your bank and are not collected by Towora.
Payment is captured at the time you place the order. We do not place a temporary authorization and capture later. If an item is out of stock after payment has been captured, we will cancel that item and refund the corresponding amount to the original payment method.
We do not add a surcharge for using any of the accepted payment methods.
If a payment is declined, the order will not be created and you will see an error message at checkout. You can retry with the same method or choose a different one. If a payment is later reversed through a chargeback, we will provide the carrier’s delivery confirmation and the order record to the payment processor so the dispute can be reviewed.
